REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At UniversalTransfersUK, we are committed to delivering high-quality DTF and UV-DTF products. We understand that occasionally issues may arise, and we are here to help.
As a B2B store, we only issue a full refund if an item is faulty/damaged. We do not accept refund requests, cancellation requests, order change requests, or returns.
Reporting issues (inspection + first use)
Please check your order thoroughly on arrival.
- On arrival (delivery inspection): Any issues such as incorrect items, missing items, damage in transit, or obvious print defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- First use (application-related issues): If an issue only becomes apparent when you first use/apply the product, you must contact us within 48 hours of first use, and no later than 14 days from delivery.
Claims made outside of these timeframes may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, as we may be unable to trace the issue back to the original print batch.
What to include when reporting an issue
To report an issue, please contact us with:
- A photograph of the packaging clearly showing the address label
- Photos/video of the affected item(s) and the issue
- A photo of the wrap/transfer before application (on the carrier sheet) where possible
- The packing slip
Please keep all packaging until your issue is resolved, as we may require the return of incorrect or damaged goods to process a refund.

Custom orders
Quality assurance
We encourage you to verify your custom orders before submission. While we strive to ensure satisfaction, we cannot offer refunds for post-print quality issues related to uploaded images.
Please check if you have removed all backgrounds of images or they WILL BE PRINTED.
Design recommendations
For DTF transfers, we recommend avoiding thin fonts or very small images to ensure optimal adhesion. Additional pressure may be required for finer fonts.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We request you send any items back with tracking to avoid further issues.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will exclude the cost of return shipping.
